    Did you fix the hole in the subfloor?

    Replace subfloor first ?

    It's 1:45 am and look at me, watching a video of how to repair cabinets because my landlord doesn't want to buy a new one.

    Loving the editing style! I had already watched several of these videos so I wasn't in a "get in, get out" mode.

    Joel, wow! This is great and, I hope, exactly what I need, tho the under-the-sink project is a couple weeks away. I'm saving this vid and will watch again before the official undertaking... thanks for the instruction. PS, I know that the gloves you put on didn't do much in the way of protection from splinters and cuts, but as a girl, I gotta tell you that it'll keep your hands soft and we really appreciate that. Just sayin'... 🙂

    I would have repaired the subfloor so no critters can get in and seal the opening around the water pipes. If this a temporary fix, then it's ok.

      looks like a renters fix...not a home owners fix...

    Quick question. Why do you use MDF instead of plywood?

    What?!? You didn't seal it? It's just going to rot again.

    How do you fill the slots cut out for the pipes or do you leave them open?

    • @JoleyTube
      @JoleyTube  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I left it open. But I just stuffed rags in there

    Nice job except for finishing it with MDF. Use exterior-grade plywood, all sides painted and sealed, and you won't have the same problem again.
