    This relaxing meditation helps you unwind and let go of all tension, stresses and strains of the day. First, you will work on the breath whilst releasing any tension in the muscles and the body, followed by letting go of all thoughts and being in the present moment. This is best listened to before going to sleep, at the end of the day, or generally anytime a deep relaxation is required. This meditation is best done lying down. Do not listen to whilst driving.
