    I haven’t signed anything but the judge awarded 50/50 custody after BM wanted 100% custody. After that The judge said we needed to provide our paystubs (and I think taxes) in order to set child support. I feel like I’m still in the clear with not having to deal with them.
    Also I’m not going to bail on my kid however you said in another comment that if the mother cannot financially support the off spring (I’m learning lol) then the other person should get custody. I’m wondering how much that would hold up in court.

      you dont have to consent. provide nothing. do not consent to child support.

      Can a person send in a letter stating they do not consent to the paper work they where sent in the mail for child support. I'm in Vegas and she in CA .she was married and still dealing with the husband she filed before and then it was dropped I think cause she did tell the truth that she was still legally married. Now they opening the case back up
