Geography can be confusing a bit . Especially for someone from North America. Baltic states are not in Eastern but Northern Europe. Although definition of northeastern Europe does makes sense.

@@thetravelingzam it's called historical flag, this 3 colour one is from 1920's The reason is we using 3 colour one now, because it was easier to make then. But now we should go back to old historical one. Technologies these days allows to make them much easier

This is the same as saying that Alaska isn't in the North, but in the Northwest America.
