MythyMoo, try the mod which removes the Kanji for unblockable attack. I think it's really makes the game fresh new, especially since you're gonna fight some new bosses soon in Shura ;)
If u listen in on kuro than talk to ema a couple of times than go to the old grave talk to her and visit the temple and listening in on ema and the sculptor speak you can face owl again

Did you know that of you beat the game, and start a new character, you can give kuro his charm. New game stats with ng+ difficulty.
Shura ending is just 2 immediate bosses and then end- you could simply cloudsave if youre on ps4 or backup save on PC and return later.
