    అమరావతి నిజమైన పెరుగదల రావాలంటే ఎక్కువ మంది, అంటే కనీసం 5,10 లక్షల మంది అక్కడ నివాసం ఉండాలి. అన్ని ప్రాంతాల, కులాల వారు ఇళ్లు కట్టుకుని comfort గా ఉండాలి. అప్పుడే వ్యాపార సంస్థలు, పెద్దవి, చిన్నవీ వస్తాయి. ప్రజలు లేకుండా నగరం ఏర్పడదు. దీనికి భూమి సులభముగా, చౌకగా ప్రజలకు లభించేటట్లు govt చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి. ఖాళీ స్థలాలు ఎక్కువ ఉండకుండా కట్టుబడులను ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

    Over hyped...don't get trapped...better buy in Gollapudi or Guntupalli which are opp to Amaravati and safe investment near Vijayawada.

    Hype market in Amaravati, it will be a ghost market who buys with that price, when no one is there.
    This is the best to buy in west and south Hyderabad markets.
    It will easily takes 20 -30 years for Amaravati to develop

    హైద్రాబాద్ లో బాహ్యవలయం అవతలే గజం 50 వేలు వుంది అంట .అమరావతి లో 50 వేలు గజం అనేది ఇప్పుడు చాలా తక్కువే . అక్కడ రాష్ట్ర,కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల నిర్మాణం మొదలు పెట్టటం జరిగితే ఈజీ గా హైద్రాబాద్ కూకట్పల్లి రేట్ వస్తుంది అనేది నా అభిప్రాయం . కారణం ఇది కొత్త పట్టణం .ఇక్కడ సౌకర్యాలు కూడా అలాగే ఉంటాయి అంటే మురుగు నీరు ,టెలిఫోన్,కరెంటు అంత భూమిలోపలే ఉంటాయి .విశాలమైన రోడ్లు ,నడక దారి మొదలగు అంతర్జాతీయ కొలతలతో ఈ పట్టణం నిర్మాణం జరుగుతుంది .రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగాక ఒక్క తెనాలి పట్టణం లో గజం లక్ష పలికింది .కియా పరిశ్రమ వచ్చాక అనంతపురం లో కియా చుట్టుపక్కల పొలాల రేట్ లు బాగా పెరిగాయి .

Hyderabad would become second capital soon . More over it's not about amaravathi or hyderabad it's about land rates developers bleeding money from people by hyping actual and real market end users will effect ah lot . 30 cores per acre , 70000 per squareyard what the hell with 70000 per squareyard you will get ah lot of aminities in hyderabad at present metro , complexes , pubs , schools , colleges ,offices , industries everything facilities you will get in hyderabad . 70000 per square yard for still in developing stage of phase 1 doesn't completed . Buying 35000 per squareyard in vizag is better . Will get most aminities . market was already hyped there will be no use and benifits at this hyped price .
