You missing the point here, this is the core of AP real estate, which means this piece of land is not available anywhere in the whole of state so the prices. What do I mean by this piece of land is not available? A capital with water flow next to it, think about Tokyo, New York, Shanghai etc. A planned city being built after 50-60 years, please imagine what it will be with latest technologies etc. Hyderabad has 100 different advantages but it also comes with a baggage of bad internal roads, no proper drinage etc. Again, I like to iterate investors who are putting in 5-10 cr in each plot of land are not dumb. They know what it will be worth. Can you and I buy a piece of land in Mumbai ? No. Investors see that it might be expensive now, but it is worth for the future generations.
