You were thinking of putting it out there whilst we felt something is wrong with us

You hit on something important. In the corporate world there are many managers, more than before. Each manager is badgered by their manager, and their manager…with the question “are we doing everything possible to…” this creates an avalanche of tasks and ideas just so each manager can show they are effective. In the military there is a tenant of warfare called “economy of force.” This practice of “continuos improvement” conflicting with economy of force is exactly what you are stating. Continuous improvement can be poisonous to economy of force in the operations and in your life. Thanks for your video, I understand and it’s good to see we are on the same wavelength. I hope this helps.this helps.

You nailed it, Jamil! I’ve been in the exact situation you described in the video. My mind was constantly chasing self-help books, trying to gain more knowledge to improve myself and earn more-especially since, as a coach, knowledge is essential. But lately, I’ve shifted my focus to implementing the concepts I’ve already learned rather than continuously acquiring more from books.
The result? My productivity has skyrocketed, and my mind feels much calmer than before. I just wanted to say that what you shared in the video is absolutely spot on. We’re on the same page. Cheers to that 🎉

I agreed a few , after reading every sentence you need to actually reprocess that sentence , not blindly believe in that cuz this kind of book is written by people like us not god
