Για πόσο διάστημα διατηρούνται;

Με την σωστή προετοιμασία(καθαρές υγιείς ντομάτες🍅) και διαδικασία της κονσερβοποίησης(πλύσιμο - βράσιμο - αποστείρωση κ.τ.λ.) και με κατάλληλες συνθήκες αποθήκευσης τουλάχιστον 6 - 8 μήνες(συνήθως ο χειμώνας 5μήνες στα νότια, με 8 μήνες στα βόρια κρατάει, μετά φυτρώνουν φρέσκιες ξανά). 🏡Στο σπίτι μας, σε χρονιές που περισσεύουν(σπάνιο😀) έχουμε ανοίξει βάζα σάλτσας και 15 μηνών! (χώρος δροσερός με σχετικά σταθερή θερμοκρασία χωρίς παρουσία ήλιου και υγρασίας). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ
