Whenever I watch your videos, I want to leave my house, right then, and start looking for the items you talk about. Thank you so much for all the research videos. Some suggestions for research videos: planters, steins (because I literally know nothing about steins, but will see them when shopping), carved birds.
LOL Yes it does it to me too hahahah
I guess she is so great explaining everything I also feel the same way.
Me too Kelly C
Me too!!!
Funny that you said this : I too get "the bug" after some videos to hunt down specific stuff : then I NEVER see the stuff they're speaking of, out in the wild. LOL. Auction Professor did a clip on restaurant coffee mugs from White Castle and other 1950s hamburger shops . I KNOW that I have seen these MANY times over the years, and passed them by . So with eagle-eyes and determination I have been LOOKING for them over the past year and only uncovered ONE low-value one from a bus station coffee shop .
Thanks for doing tumblers. They were beautiful. Would love to see antique perfume bottles.
Great idea!
Which sites are these items auctioned at
Quick note on RLL glasses. Sometimes they're not marked. Found that out by experience. Half a set was RLL. Half the set was blank on the bottom.
Good to know Jeremy thank you!
What is rll?please
@@isabellavalencia8026 RLL - Lauren Ralph Lauren. IDK why they write the mark out RLL. Ask Ralph, lol.
@@Doing_It_Wrong lol thats why i was confused ...thank you
@@Doing_It_Wrong the mark RLL is the monogram for LRL 😊
I knew when I found those leaning glasses the yesterday - they were cool - they absolutely can't home with me - even before you posted this video! Score! 😊
YAYYYY
I have sold several small sets of vintage Imperial Glass tumblers for over $200. I love selling tumblers. They are cheap to pick up at thrift stores!
Very nice!
Thank you Kat
Those tumblers were amazing and beautiful quality.
Thank you for taking the time to do the research on those
Cheers to that 🍹
You're so welcome!
Just a friendly suggestion...the 'e' in "carafe" is silent.
Love the Big Money series. Dalton is so adorable.
Thank you!
A type of glass tumbler that’s always on my BOLO list is Gay Fad. While it usually sells for less than $100.00, there are some that have gone higher. A recent example is a Kentucky Derby set of 6 that sold on eBay for $162.50. Gay Fad was printed on glass blanks from various companies, most commonly Federal and Anchor Hocking. If you’re into whimsical MCM glassware, you’ll love Gay Fad!
Good to know thank you!
NEVER EVER break up the sets!!!
Love learning the values of some things I would normally pass on. These videos are fantastic. Thank you
Glad you like them!
Hey Kat and Dalton. I really enjoyed your video again tonight. Since you asked, I would love to see a video on the values of vintage and antique fabrics, flour sacks or hand embroidered dresser scarves. Any scarves, really. Quilts are cool too. I have tons. I'm hoping they have value. Thanks
I'vde done one on linen here th-cam.com/video/0vJynJ8SdUI/w-d-xo.html
Thank-you Kat, never miss a video of yours. I’ve learned a lot❤️
Thanks so much for watching
Wow! And just think how easy they are to break! Some beautiful glassware!
I think so too!
Going in at 5:06 minutes the set of 10 Luminarc we HAVE! They are my FAVORITE tumbler. Use them daily! And, I have lids for them if I wish to use. Who knew my favorite would be featured. And, yes, found them YEARS back at a yard/garage sale.
That is awesome!
Love every episode! I am learning so much. I just took photos of all the tumblers worth over $100.00. You are so informative. Keep it up and thank you for being you.
You are so welcome!
What a fun video I never would have imagined the prices on some of those glasses, unbelievable 😊thank you
You are so welcome!
I am binge watching all of your mug and glassware videos! The biggest obstacle to shopping for these is that the stupid thrift stores always put their price tags on the bottom. So you have to peel it off to see the brand and I’m always afraid people will think I’m tampering with the price!
Oh no! Luckily our thrift stores don't tend to cover brand. I would still take a peek!
These are the best most helpful videos that any youtubers put out! Thank you and keep em coming! 😊
You're welcome!
I just absolutely love, love, love your channel. I have been a thrifter for over 40 years. Except we call ourselves junkers. I am only now venturing into reselling. But it is challenging and sounds exciting! I have an overabundance of thrifting inventory. I had a really good eye in the day!
Love that!
Do not stop and you must have treasures in your inventory
Thank you … I now have a whole new perspective on tumblers. I so appreciate your diligent research, and your pleasant presentation.✌️
Thanks so much
I am surprised Culver didn’t make it unto your list. Thanks for your helpful videos, really enjoy them.
Might be no high ones sold recently. I've sold some culver high!
I have to admit, I never give clear glass a second look, but I will now. Thanks for sharing!
Yes for sure!
Enjoyed this video! A lot of surprises like Pioneer Woman. I wished I had picked them up at Walmart years ago!
Me too!!
I love mugs now i must find your video on mugs...thankyou for sharing your knowledge
You’re welcome 😊
Crazy sales!! Can’t wait to find some of these treasures in the wild.
Knowing you you will
Thanks, for posting this video! I thrift quite a bit and have grown to love it . I have always loved glassware and my cabinets are so full with it. I love the craftsmen ship involved and have seen it as a work of art. I know I have items that are worth money and. glad I paid little for them back in the day , and have held on to them. Thanks, for informing us in, what to look for to make a profit. Retiring soon and looking into reselling, Again, thanks for all the leg work you have put in and shared. Looking forward to seeing all your videos!
You're welcome, happy to help
Love all of the glassware..beautiful! I have 6 blue highball glassware in Lenox butterfly meadow, and I did look them up,they go for 37 dollars a piece on worthpoint😲
NICE!
I am so grateful for you making these videos. I literally have passed on three of the sets you showed not realizing how much they were worth. I knew they were cool but have too much inventory. Wish I had gotten them now, and will next time.
Glad I could help!
Very informative. Always learn more from your vids on brands to watch for. You are always so sweet to your son. ❤
Thank you so much!
Love these videos! I get blown away every time!

Crazy!!!!! I was astonished to see that people are collecting Yeti ....and Starbucks?! Honestly, I love these tutorial videos. They're snapshots into what people value at the moment. These tumblers were a big surpirse. BIG surprise.....Thanks for another Nurse Flipper tour de force in glass. xoxo Suzi
Where ya been contact? Starbucks have been hot for a few years
@@constancerobinson1377 Hi Constance, I'm a sociologist and I study trends and what people value, so for me, the tutorials are fascinating in their own right. I'm not a collector and I've never bought anything from ebay....I just love the tutorials.
More to come!
@@contactsuzi7096 gotcha. I wondered why you were surprised about Starbucks, makes sense now😏
Hi, thank you for a glassware and tumbler video. Another outdoors brand that's very popular here in Canada sold by MEC are hydroflask, I find they are a great find when not overpriced by sellers/stores.
Thank you for sharing your time and knowledge! Much appreciated
Happy to help!
I definitely need to pay attention to the tumblers when I go to Goodwill! Hi 🙋♀️ Dalton!
Please do!
Thanks for this information. Today I found two blue cobalt tumblers that were Watson Kennedy glasses at $4 for the pair. Due to watching your video was more aware of what to look for. Very helpful.
That's awesome congrats!
Kat! ty! Goodwill in Omaha carries great glass tumblers. I've found Pier one green glass tumblers, tervis, and now tons of beautiful crystal wine glasses. It's all out there!! Love your videos..no glassy baby for me yet either
NICE!!
thx I'll keep my eyes peeled!
Hey Sis! I'm new to your channel. I've been scouring TH-cam for exactly this content! Brand new to refurbishing furniture, and while I'm at garage sales and thrift stores, i feel like i need to look closer at things like this! Nobody explains it quit like you do, so thank you!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Great information as always, thank you!! Hi Dalton 👋👋 Nostalgia sells most of these glasses I believe. I remember seeing some back when!!👍❤️❤️
Glad you like them!
Yep another great video! Us old timers are always learning from Kat! HELLO DALTON 💋
Hello there!
Love these research videos! Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for the video! I have some older Pioneer Women dinnerware and glassware and noticed it sells on Ebay . I started thrifting for better quality dinnerware, China and crystal for myself a couple of years ago, and will be reselling my old things! Hope to have enough soon to make extra income soon !
That is awesome!
Have a happy birthday Datlon!
Thank you!

What a sweet boy! I enjoy his spontaneous visits.
Yeah they're much less since school started unfortunately
I, too, have never found a Glassy Baby. Thanks for another great video.
You are so welcome!
Story Time... I had those William Sonoma Harvest Market glasses, wedding gift years ago. Got divorced. Donated. Not a reseller at the time. Talk about a face palm! Thanks so much for the research, love all your hard work and great info.
Sorry to hear that
@@TheNurseFlipper win some, lose some, what can you do? 🤷
@@jewellys very true! It happens!
My favorite vidio yet you have done. OMG, have to be the only items that Goodwill haven't marked up to retail yet that still fill up their shelves and they don't pull yet for their on line auctions !
LOL yes there ae quite a few there all the time
I have those parrot mugs 4 or 6. Wow!
Hi Kat, Want to be the first to say Hello, Hello!

That video was amazing. I always walk right by them, but now have a new respect.
Glad you enjoyed
Found some Ralph Lauen tumblers in box and when I removed from the box they completely shattered. Obviously not tempered glass.
Another great research video. I'm glad you enjoy doing them.
Glad you like them!
These videos are so informative and helpful.
Glad you think so!
George Briard poison glasses sell for more than your most expensive listing shown... another good one to look out for!
Thanks so much!
I love your research videos! Please keep them coming! If you haven’t done one already, what about serving dishes?
Great idea!
Yes I also love her research videos , she is just a wonderful reseller and teacher, and Dalton is adorable
You are my favorite TH-cam Channel! 😍 Thank you so much for all of your videos! You rock
Wow, thank you!
⭐️ a lot of love for Tiffin glass in my family. Our family is from the area. My Great Grandmother used to walk to the factory and buy glass pieces. My mom and Aunt have an interesting collection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Love to see other people appreciating it.
That is awesome!
Loved it!! So cute he’s growing up. Fast, mom. Thanks for ur research
I know!!
Your makeup looks great today! That lipstick is fabulous!
Oh thank you!
The mushroom plates were cool!
Yes for sure!!!
Hello,
I just want to Thank you so much for your videos.
I have wanted to do this business for 2-3 years now. The bug is getting to me. However, I have another deal that includes traveling the United States. Really want to that before I am too old to enjoy traveling!!
I am thinking of while I travel, to look for merchandise. Maybe dabble a little while on the road. I could start getting items for later sales when I am done.
Don’t think the bug is going to go away!! Only reason I haven’t done anything is fixed income and 3 years of unlucky health issues!!
I do appreciate your videos so much. Thank you!! It gets me worked up and dreaming of what I will do. Mostly while I am waiting for all my cards to a-line you are giving me an education!!!
So grateful…
You're very welcome! Enjoy traveling for sure!!!!
Fabulous content! I love glassware and truly enjoyed learning about a couple items! Maybe it’s time to pull out my Georges Briard glassware I’ve e had stored forever 😂!!
You should!
Good to see how great these sold.
I think so too!
Thank you so much love watching you.Tell be your little one hello.I love the information you tell us.Thanks again.
Thank you, I will
Thank you! Beautiful tumblers.
You're welcome 😊
I would love to see you do some sort of mushroom themed research video. I also collect vintage towels and those seem to go for a lot of money right now.
Great suggestion!
Kat, I'm so happy and grateful that you share all this information. Today, I found two glasses made by Frank Lloyd Wright, they are beautiful, I would love to keep them but it's best to make a profit.
Oh amazing find!
Thank you so much Kat for all these amazing videos. I’m learning so much 😊
You are so welcome!
3:46 off-topic -ish . I always do well with Frank Lloyd Wright stuff (coffee mugs, postcard sets , greeting cards, etc.) Most of it is from The Museum of Modern Art and marked.
Thanks for that info
How fun these were great. Hi Dalton we have missed you!
Hey there!
As usual I thoroughly enjoyed your video cat have you ever done A video on perfume bottles?? If you have I'll have to look for it and if you will I'll look forward to it thank you.
I have enot but it is on my list
Good Video! Happy Bearthday to Dalton! Enjoy your weekend!
Thanks so much!
You should do one on bottles and jars. Things like old medicine bottles and ball jars.
Good suggestion
I love these sessions about high ticket items! I would really like them even more if they included the original selling price and year first sold. I have looked them up myself on certain interest ones - McKenzie Childs for one - have been more and less impressed by the item after seeing that info. I mean, a plastic tumbler that originally sold for 9.95 five years ago and now goes for 495.00 at auction is a lot more impressive than a set of 4 tumblers that sold for 169.00 each glass and now go for 500.00 for four at auction. Of course I am going to pick up any I can afford if I can get a profitable resale price😄!
Thanks Kat for all you share with us!
You're welcome!
I loved this video because tumblers are something everyone sees while out sourcing. Thank you it was very beneficial. How about media - DVDs, cassettes, records etc for another video. 50 & up
Yes for sure, happy to help. I'm doing plush this week then I might do VHS :D
Oh my those blue Pier 1 crackle glass tumblers are in my cabinet as everyday glasses. I have 8 of them. Now I wanna sell them 😅
Lol i would too
New subscriber. Watched Mugs and now tumblers. Like your straight to the point info. Thanks!
Thanks appreciate you watching!
What a good line up. I actually have those Ralph Lauren glasses. I love them they are heavy.
They look really nice!
Love learning about these tumblers since I’m a newbie to the reselling world. Now I have a better idea of what to look for. But here in the midwest I rarely find any high-end names, unfortunately. A Starbucks occasionally but that’s about it.
Happy tohelp and you never know keep looking
Great video!! Have you done mens ties? They can go pretty high- the top brands, of course, and they’re cheap in thrift stores.
Loved the Versace Stunning ❣️ Loved them all. 🙂 Awesome show Thanks
Appreciate you watching
Nice one, I will be more daring. I did find 10 anchor hocking glasses last week for .99 each that are worth 10 each, so I’m feeling pretty slick.

Wow! I’m surprised not to see Culver or any of Starbucks ceramic tumblers on the list! Also, when did Yvon find Glassybaby?? I need that video 😂🤣
LOL I do not remember when!
By the way that would be a good research on Starbucks and Rae Dunn and glassy baby
