I just had a KFC yesterday and my gravy was very thick, this KFC is amateurs. No krushem, dust on chicken, stale bun on burger, waiting 30 minutes for an order. Horrible service.
I love that you were really looking forward to the KFC but so far they have let themselves down and been absolute wank when it comes to service and preparing the food properly.
I was honestly surprised in the first video when Mike said that he thinks the UK KFC is good. They seemed reasonable when I was younger but in recent years they've been pretty consistently shite. Missing items, inaccurate orders, bad service, cold stodgy food, thrown together wraps and sandwiches. The last wrap I got from there was so gross I threw most of it out and the chips were crap too.
@@ourDreamcatcher As another comment said, KFC has a real consistency problem compared to other fast food chains. I've learned not to go to KFC within two hours of closing because you will get stale food. That has held true across four states. And now, I know it holds true across two countries.
Katie T I work at one and I suggest you call ahead and order fresh chicken to be picked up. They (the people above my GM) are picky about waste so we aren’t allowed to make any chicken after a certain time at night. By the end of the night I feel bad giving customers gross old chicken so I try to give people the freshest pieces
@@phatringworm counter point to that one time I went to KFC and just got there right before closing and so they didn't have any pre cooked left of the main things I wanted and they had a meal sized box full of popcorn chicken left which they gave me all of for my order a regular box. I'm a little surprised; stale food and rotten service aside, this KFC's offerings look relatively close to what we have in Canada, which pales in comparison to those in the States, particularly when it comes to variety.
