    규히를 만들어 섞는 방법이 아닌 좀 더 쉬운 반죽법이네요~👍

      그거 한천입니다
      한천으로 만들면 반짝여요
      공장화과자에서 많이쓰임
      그런데 그게 좀 싸보여요 고급스러움이 안보이고 싸보여서 유광보단 무광화과자를 더 선호해요

      호두를 넣었지만 호두가 없다면 아몬드를 다져서 넣으세요

      영상 감사합니다^^ 영상속 속앙금이 질척이지않고 단단한제형인데 시중판매되는 앙금을 그대로 사용하신건가요?아니면 영상처럼 수분을 날리고 사용하신건가요?^^

    속안에넣는 반죽이랑 겉반죽이랑 같은겅가요? 색소넣나안넣나의차이인가요!

      기본재료는 앙금이구요 색소는 색을 내기 위해서 넣는것이고 겉반죽은 모양이 잘 낼수있게 하기 위해서 수분을 날리는 작업을 해서 사용합니다^^영상보시면 나와있습니다^^
