Hi. Basically all plants can create pearls like that. You just need strong light and enough CO2. Perhaps you can try switch off your filter for a moment to observe if they starts to pearl or not.

Hi, pennyworts is a common name for similar species. I'm not sure if you are referring to the same plant or not. This plant is Hydrocotyle Sibthorpioides. :)

You can try some of the following: Java Ferns, Java/Taiwan/Christmas/Anchor/Willow Moss, Staurogyne. sp, Hairgrass, Japonica Blyxa, Cryptocoryne Parva, Cryptocoryne Wendtii "tropica" etc. These are some of the easier plants you can try.
