When you say another charge do you mean an extra shot or does it reset the cooldown

I can't claim to be good with items. But i tend to lean towards crits when able. Gilded Arrow, Devourer's Gauntlet, Demon Blade, Qinns, Executioner, Musashi's sword, deathbringer. I used this frequently. But new items change what's considered strong. Odysseus' Bow feels pretty good too
