Cheap Skid Steer Sickle Bar Mower - Replacing Broken Teeth

I bought this cheap sickle bar mower last year and broke five teeth on the first use. To get ready for this season, I needed to replace the teeth with something higher quality. This was my first time working with rivets. Definitely a learning experience.

Can you angle the cutter below horizontal (like to trim around a pond) and if so approx what angle down will it go? For instance, the $$$ ones will go -45 degrees. Thanks

This one only goes flat. Negative angles would be nice, though!

I have the same sickle bar and I replace my blades from Rural King and just drill both holes just a bit bigger and they went in and worked just fine.
at the same time I alway have to replace the bearing too

Where do you buy the bearing?
