I have friends that work in that role that I've had to work with before and that position mainly involves managing the customer experience before, during, and after their flight. That might include managing staff or certain operations that involves the customer
That's great! I didn't go to aviation school but I did study to get my certification from the American Association of Airport Executives. A lot of airports offer internships as well which I think you would enjoy
I’m looking at a Station Manager IV role for Huntsville, AL do you have any insights on that? It doesn’t require a degree or anything on the job description. Also, it doesn’t seem like there was much work-life harmony for you ??
I've never been to that state before so I'm not sure but I would suggest looking up anyone that works in that area and field on LinkedIn and maybe reach out to them that way. And for me, I lived by myself so I had enough time outside of work to do whatever I wanted to keep a good balance
I’m so glad I found your video because I’ve been planning onto working in this airport management thing. thank you for this :)
No problem!!
Do you have any insight on customer service manager for airline ? Like what do you do basically ?
