Yeah, somehow it makes those run harder to watch for me. Sure he likes the challenge but if you can not move 5 meters without encountering a boss it gets old very fast.
I'd much prefer if it was like shiny Pokémon where it's insanely rare so if you encounter one it's incredibly satisfying and something that adds to the experience rather than taking it away

My guess is that there’s some kind of variable that is reading a particular boss’ name along with the static part of the name. So the red wolf of radagon for example would be “X of Radagon”. I think that is kind of the idea on how the naming convention of bosses work.

@Tony Pettersson nah they are less often than I had hoped too, have gotten 1 godslaying item and 0 mythical in like 8 hours of grinding mobs and dungeon bosses
Those banished knights summoned by niall really are the hardest enemies in the game and it's not even close. They do more damage than almost all bosses, have attacks that are massively harder to avoid, and are almost impossible to stun.
I had the opposite reaction to them first time, i was playing a big dude with starscourge GS and i just had to run at the boss when start fight, use weapon skill 2 time i think and they were done without taking any dmg, just me and boss left.
I thought so at first but quickly noticed they are pretty fair imo. In the actuall niall fight the shield guy and niall himself don´t chase you at all. The dual sword guy is aggressive thus far away from the rest and easily baited to fly past you ( made even easier with quickstep /bloodhound step ) , and then dies to 2-3 backstabs. After that you can easily kite the shield dude away from niall and parry him to death. That´s how i suddenly beat the fight easily after raging at it a few times. Parry for shield dudes and let fly past into backstab works on every one of them in the game. Its a bit like Crucible Knights, i thought they were incredibly broken until you notice how big the parry windows are.
Many things are possible. the main question is why fromsoft is not implementing any of awesome mods created by community. They straight up refuse to evolve.

@@Deminese2 I don't disagree with the idea im just pointing it out how the persons comment made it seem like Fromsoft is one of few companies that doesn't implement ideas from mods, I 100% support the idea of implementing stuff from mods into games because some of mods people make are absolutely incredible, some mods are even considered essential by the playerbase like the SkyUI mod for Skyrim, its a vast improvement over Skyrims default UI and should be added as a option in the settings on all versions of Skyrim.
I would love to see this type of run-through but with the mod being cranked up to include 3 times the enemies and the drop rate being increased to 15% to see how powerful he can get in a single run. I've always enjoyed seeing snowballed runs for things where the power of the character keeps increasing quickly while facing overwhelming odds. Good run nonetheless though Lobos!
My family goes out into the backyard at my grandma's house for the 4th of July every year. We sit with drinks and watch the fireworks in neighborhood towns. So yes, unironically we sit in chairs in a field for entertainment. Also people sit around bonfires and that's basically the same thing
This mod has a lot of potential, it just needs a bit of tuning. They should make it so as you level up, higher rarities become more common. In Diablo, once you get to a certain level, common white gear is a lot harder to find and legendaries drop more often. And maybe even make it so whatever drops will be within your stat requirements, if possible.
im curious as well, this actually looks kinda fun! i like that enemies are scaled to where you find them so its not just stupidly difficult if you find a few radahns and malenias in the first few sections.
The various armor sets you end up with remind me of D2 where the character model swaps around based on the tier of the chest, and how mid-game you're uber-armored up yet by end game your character is running around in basically underwear.
I like these cool pacifist runs but with double enemies and diablo loot i think it would be cool to do a run where you fight things and farm things to get interesting drops.
he's right about chrono cross. i still whistle that ALL THE TIME. Yasunori Mitsuda is a genius, and all of the songs from that game are excellent. They're also unique from one another, not all within one scheme or genre.
Grim Dawn is amazing. I have over 1000 hours in it and it doesn't stop. Everytime I have leveled another Character to 100 I have enough gear so that I think "Maybe I could start a new build with this?".
@@riemaennchen I’m addicted. About 100 hours in. I’ve already tried 4 or 5 different builds 😂 it’s endless the amount of stuff you can try. I love Path of Exile but it’s so complicated and I wish I had the time to invest in and get better, but I think Grim Dawn and Last Epoch is a happy medium.
@@hatedfollower I especially like the skills and weapons that change some damage types. Currently working on an Occultist/Shaman where all Lightning damage gets converted to Vitality damage. Building Builds is so much fun.

In the randomizer mod itself, when you're doing the settings, there's a button that says something like "select other mod". Just go to the directory of the diablo mod and select the regulation.bin file and it'll merge the 2.
was messing around on ranomizers, and tried 20% for boss replacement and got next to where u get your noble steed, and had like 5 bosses inside the town, one was a dragon that immediately interrupted my conversation lol, i then swapped it to the default 10%. i see a quite a few bosses idk if its too much just yet or not. waiting for my first boss spam inside mandatory dungeon and cry. anyone know if he also randomized all items, and if so what % he did. im guessing not since he has an item mod on

Default Boss chance was 10% so you lowered it to 5% but then still doubled spawn so is it technically still 10%? Or is the spawn doubled and THEN 5% of that is made into bosses? How's that math work exactly?

This mod definitely would be better if the lootable fixed equipment was randomized. Enemies rarely drop their gear in souls games anyway so it's just a farming sim at that point
how tf do you get this working? ive been trying to get diablo style loot to work for over 2 hours now with seamless coop. I've followed all the instructions but no random loot will spawn. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and nothing online is helping.
lobos has a tendency to just play every run the same way. Which I guess makes sense for him. But it does kinda beat the purpose of gimmick runs sometimes
I don't understand why anyone would use the Discard function when you could just go back to the Roundtable and sell everything for a substantial amount of Runes. I've literally had like 10--20 levels added on because I just dump my inventory onto the blacksmith.
Hope mod designer looking in the comments section as well, the gold goats gave me an idea add SHINEY LOOT GOATS! maybe see if you can bind the loot rarity to a drop color as well

I feel like Lobos always forgets how high 5% is as a boss spawn rate. 1 in 20 enemies is a lot of extra bosses.

Ehh runebears are worse in my opinion.
They are so easy to parry dude but than again I just stunlock them with collosal Greatswords so doesn't matter

That’s more of a Diablo 3 thing. Levels in D2 are irrelevant, as it’s primarily luck based. Also +MF% plays a huge role in farming.

Its minor, but kinda crazy that at 2:01:55 or so there was still Albinaurics randomized into that group of enemies. Pretty cool i thought.

I'm pretty sure there's like 20 enemies at every location in elden ring. So 5% means on average 1 boss at every location

It should be the latter but yes functionally still the same number of bosses spawning just also more mobs. Rng can be wild thou.

So these randomized lore pattern is...
"When A do/meet B, A do Z and X, causing Y, W and V..."
And it can go places... Wonderful, or gruesome.

Based off the first 5 minutes there's no way every anything to do with spawning boss was 5% more like 25%
All enemies are doubled and wildlife is doubled + randomized, 5% isn't that low when you put alot of mobs everywhere.
