Last year's participants, Elena and Stig, were on Jüri's side the whole competition and as it said that there was only one ticket for the final left, you saw no hope in their eyes. You're right and she did this by translating the names of the qualified countries into French. But it seems that the second official language of the contest has now just a minor role to play. In that case, it's better that the official languages become English and the host language.
