Ash, Ghost Belle, and Ghost Mourner alone give you 3 of 4 of the D. Ruler attributes to use in a pinch, plus more Wind from Droll. Only one left in the lurch is Tidal.
@@KingVerus I was just referencing the other list I saw, but I had the same thought. As well as the other incoming Mulcharmy Fuwaross which imo is generally better though it's another Wind attribute as opposed to Water.

probably not much more than this. You want to see Red Rose at any cost so the only change that would matter for that is the third Tempest because its discard itself effect grabs any dragon

Try using super rejuvenation, it was a card that was used a lot in the past for this deck with the aim of giving it more consistency, it was even banned for a long time because of dragon rulers
Por poder se puede, pero no creo que rente. Quiero decir, ya antes de la banlist con blaster a 1 se podía usar el cofre sellado para retirar a blaster y buscar un tenpai, pero la gente no lo usa en tenpai.

@@gamerkingdom1442 Because it was too powerful, but in 2010's. Like Tele-DAD was an absolute tier 0 in 2000's and now would struggle against a structure deck. The game evolved / powercreeped and even if the rulers came from the future when they first came out, now this future has passed . They can be a fun rogue strategy today but that's all . Atleast now we can play them and have fun without facing the mirror everytime
@gamerkingdom1442 Konami leaves cards on the banlist forever. Half the list could come off and nothing would change. Dragon rulers are power crept they could have come to 3 years ago
