Wonder how many innocent ppl are sitting in jail bc of this slimy prosecutor?
Idk to me he was doing what hes done his entire life, the person that loaded the gun should be responsible are the actors suppose to check for live ammo before using a prop or is that somebody elses job?
Yes they are. There are checks and balances for crew to check each other’s work in regards to ammunition. That’s why this is so rare. Blanks and live ammo look noticeably different. I’m sure this was rehearsed with blanks and reloaded again. Blanks can also be dangerous. Most films now use neither and fix it in post production to make it look real. Alec trusted the ammunition crew without over checking their work. That’s a problem. Ultimately it’s the fault of the armament crew.
@@patrickandersen412 ahh yeah I mean a life was lost to human error but sounds to me like somebody did it with intention Im not sure he was the one aiming for murder Imo but
considering the person who does that was told not to come to the set because they were not filming with the gun by the first ad.who then took it upon himself to in fact handle and film with the guns should be held reasonable
He was also the producer who is ultimately responsible for safety of the entire set not just an actor on set
@@twv5530 That’s a problem.
wait, did Spiro ask for Morrissey to stay sequestered during the break? .... ahahahah !!!!
The fact that this is still going on and bring dragged out is ridiculous
Many who followed the Karen Read trial were in awe of Defense Attorney Alan Jackson. But Alex Spiro is at a totally different level altogether. That was a masterclass in how to cross examine state witnesses. Never became combative at any time and was totally respectful despite the ridiculous refusal to be forthright both Poppel and Hancock were. What was so noticeable was how he would continually glance at the judge when he was asking questions during cross to gauge what the judge was thinking. When he was done with DA Morrisey the judge asked both sides if they wanted 15 minutes a piece for final arguments on the motion and he said "no" because he knew it was GAME, SET, MATCH! That cat is the best I've ever seen. BRILLIANT!
" I don't recall {saying}{doing} that". "Do you deny it?". BAM.
When will the movie be released
Morale: Never take a job as Amour-er, its not worth the pay or cost.
4:57:42 Alex spiros asks seth that thoses 50 from 1883 set if they were the ones seth checked the most. And Seth kenny is saying yes. But a few minutes ago , seth kenny testified he only spent 1 minute on each bullet before he polished them for the set of RUST.
I don't know anything about prop guns or the use of them is it a regular weapon with blank's I really don't think it's his fault but I never really cared for him much as a actor or being himself to arrogant for me but at the same time he's not responsible for what's in that weapon somebody really dropped the ball on this one there should have never been a live round on the set or any other set it's a movie not a day at the range safety comes first
Come on back to SNL. We need you!!! Take that Trump!!
Millionaires don’t go to jail..
She look so mad because she was lying
Is that the judges son seems to be
***Nothing to celebrate. A family member died on the set. The women that loaded the gun with Live rounds is responsible. Why she did it? Maybe she had a problem with her in the past and put a live round.***
"republicans wanted Baldwin in prison for making fun of trump.
Thats all this was, republican retribution."
Alec showed no remorse for the person he killed, how to get away with murder, become a Hollywood actor.
And you know this how? Not with her family is saying so mind your own business
so not true.
@kimmancha4314 Did Alec get charged for the woman he killed? ...Obviously not, he got off. During the trials or police inquiries did he show any remorse for the woman he killed? Not even once.
Democrat judge obviously!!!!
Look how he cries for himself and then bodycam footage of him after killing Halyna not crying. Disgusting how he got away with it. His negligence as a producer took a mother and wife. He still has his wife and his children still have their mother. Also cost the young armour her career a prison sentence. Which was her fault too. I'll never watch his movies again nor any show that gives him time. I would have if he accepted his responsibility for his crimes.
Setting aside his probable narcissism (I mean, he IS an actor), he's not a stuntman, or a weapons expert. His job was to pretend to shoot someone. There IS a person in charge of making sure that's done safely. But it's not him. That's not his job. He was handed a toy that makes a loud noise. When he used it, it turned out the woman gave him the wrong thing that was not a toy. That's not his fault. You can't expect him to double-check every other person's work.
I haven't been following too closely so maybe there's more going on I don't know about? Did he load the prop gun?
@@cHAOs9
No, he didn't.
And even though I'm not a big fan, Baldwin, in my opinion, is not guilty. In fact, he should never have been charged.
That was ridiculous.
@@cHAOs9actors are also responsible and under go weapons training before being handed one. But the bigger issue was he is the producer which implies a higher level of responsibility of safety on set. Now this has to make it past the armourer, the producer and the actor for this to happen. Just in this case two of them are the same person.
@@twv5530 I looked into it a little more. I see that there was a lot of unsafe behavior happening on set and baldwin was in charge of the set. So I can understand why someone might take a look at him. BUT, there is a person ultimately responsible for weapons handling. And I think it would be sexist to charge anyone else just because this woman was young and inexperienced. If she let baldwin break safety protocols that somehow caused her to get mixed up, that's her fault and still her responsibility. I'm sure many will feel sympathy for this accident happening to her regardless of her negligence. But it still is HER negligence for letting others do whatever they did that caused her confusion. If it was ever found that baldwin loaded the gun, then I would change my mind. But it seems like she is the one who did.
@@twv5530 he was not "THE" producer, he was "A" producer; and each of them had different responsibilities ...
He pulled the trigger. Gun in hand. Responsible party. It’s a weapon you never let or trust any other party to tell you it’s empty or loaded. Common sense 101.
Oh PLEASE. would you say that to john wayne?
