I would never go to this place, since they did not care for people's lives. They waited all these hours but took action until they thought all the victims are dead? They are trained police? What are the negotiators there for? The snipers had a big view in the bus front and many chances to do something. The police shared one hammer? Why did they hammered the window when they are not able to climb in, and they're just alerting the captor. I wonder if some of the victims were shot by the police.

@cute2492 Don't worry, I believe most HK people are rational but some indecent remarks is inevitable. Whereas you Filipinos should do something to lessen the grievances e.g. tell your compatriots not to take photos (esp with smile) at the scene of the incident. Tell them the incident is really a shame. You can do a lot to lessen our grievances.

今天看到阿基諾三世升天的新聞，偶然在他的從政經歷看到這件人質挾持事件
還記得10年前，是在TVB新聞播報，關注到這事，看著菲驚那不敢衝， 無預案、無計劃、無指引，又怕死的行動，真心覺得可怕
劫匪幾次站在大巴車們，菲警竟然浪費機會，不用狙擊手
我心想，大巴車是一個密閉空間，找一台微型機器人，帶著迷魂煙，在大巴車的進氣口慢慢進空氣，讓大巴車裡的人昏倒，也是一個辦法啊
這菲警真係好廢！！
大雪，地震，乾旱，洪水......這連場浩劫發生在國內，除了慘絕人寰的情景，也看見中國人面對大難當前，堅毅不屈，團結互愛的精神，一幕幕摻老扶幼，捨己為人的畫面令人非常感動。
香港也經歷沙士疫症，重大的火災，突發的水險......香港人也是奮不顧身，犧牲救人的英勇事跡。
反觀今次剛剛發生在馬尼拉的槍手挾持人質事件，最後眼白白看著無辜的香港人失救而死傷收場！槍手為求達到目的，利用別人生命作為自己的籌碼;營救的特種部隊在行動中膽怯懦弱，罔顧捨救人質分秒必爭的任命。
大難當前，看見人性的善與惡，民族的勇與懦。
