Fen it's not that simple, he had to cut the footage up to remove every scene of characters between (ie a zoom on Takumi's face as he thinks something). So he didn't really "just added the video in the background"

I still remember that day when RADAL (an Austrian youtuber) put a clip of kansei dorifto and i wondered which anime is it and i found initial D , After watching few episodes and listening to eurobeat , I just had a strange and awesome feeling of racing .
