You need not go till Kulem, get down at DoodhSagar station 1 KM before the actual falls, But while returning you better trek to Kulem as no trains stop in the return journey due to steep gradient towards Belgaum so you can trek side by along the track or take a ride on goods train Caboose (Guard Coach) sometimes they allow tourist to reach back to Kulem 12 Km walk if you r fit and fine , don't ever climb on engine these EMD locos are very hot, and then take a ticket return ticket back to Londa/Belgaum, Londa if you want to go towards Bangalore or to Belgaum you can still go to Pune Hyderabad Mumbai From Kulem you can take train towards Madgaon further to Mangalore Goa or Mumbai (Konkan Railway) You wont find anything to eat at Doodh sagar its just a halt station , may be some snacks outside Kulem or carry some light snack and packed food from Belgaum/Londa Carry Thermos/Jackets raincoats parasol and tea in flasks it will rains heavily at times mostly during monsoon Please carry a bag to dump trash in the station Dustbin, don't spill or spoil the nature by dumping trash in Jungle or track sides request to preserver nature and beauty The vlog is very nice , but please use natural accent Goa express is the best train from Pune to reach Doodhsagar point to point also take Poorna express operates weekly once
