Thanks for all of this information! I have a small garden, and just have gotten into the container gardening. It adds so much and I like that ❤ By the way, I like the Wheel 😊
Thank you! Yes, containers ought to have some protection over winter, but as long as your plants are one zone hardier than the environment they're in they should be fine. We're in zone 6, so that means everything I leave outside in a container has to be winter hardy to zone 5. So far so good!
Your climate is much different than ours so I'm not sure if I can offer any solid plant suggestions. However, container placement and size are two factors that are very important. Choose a large pot, like 30 inches tall and wide, and site it where it gets 4-6 hours of sun. Less than all day exposure and a larger root mass will make a huge difference. Be sure to use high quality grower's potting mix and don't put empty bottles in the bottom of the pot to fill space! Your plant needs that extra soil!
I forgot to mention that my husband and I love Ryeland Gardens! We live almost an hour away and it is a real treat for us to come down to the gardens!
nice video! Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the video….great information! I like all the different containers, they will look beautiful once they are planted.
Great video and I love love your container ideas. I guess you really have to be careful leaving them out over the winter though.
