Hi 👋 ok hear me out. Do the sauce separately. Add boiled and peeled tomatoes like 2-3 depending how much you’re making. Blend together with the cheese and add tomato bouillon for color and flavor. Life changing I promise. Then add the noodles and combine
try making authentic Fettucine Alfredo. Challenge yourself, it only has three ingredients: Fettucine, Unsalted butter, and parmesan [and some pasta water]. It's authentically from Roma and will rock your socks off. Pro-tip: cannot use pre-grated parmesan which has anti-caking crap in it. Use copious amounts of softened butter, and the hand-grated cheese should be very, very fine. *al dente fettucine.
