@@scottyskydogI gave up on F1 and the FIA as a whole a while ago. Its not racing anymore. It’s a scummy business plan. all controversy, scandals, increasingly harsh regulations, choosing poorly designed street circuits to rake in more money, breaking the drivers backs (literally and figuratively), unequal budgets and milking money from constructors. FIA’s idea of racing is whoever can muster up enough money wins.

To be fair, I'm a Norris / McClaren fan, but have to salute Vertsappen/Perez and Redbull. I just want McClaren to get the upgrade benefit they did last season a lot earlier, to be genuinely competitive with the top three.
So the FIA are realizing how dangerous it is to employ women in F1 . Of course total wolf and his wife talk to each other. Putting Susie Wolf in a position of power within the FIA was always going to be a conflict of interest
We need a transparent and fully independent investigation on the conflict of interest in the relationship between Wolff and Susie. She's taking the offence which is the best defence. It's politically a great play but the core of the issue remains on the conflict of interest and sharing of confidential material, giving Wolff an edge. She's steering the public discussion away from her person, great play but I ain't falling for it.
I'm afraid it will work though, usually does. A nasty game well played.
I agree, there are rules in place in other sports, businesses and organisations that would prohibit spouses, or family members holding positions of power and influence that could directly benefit from each other. I'm not suggestion Susie or Toto are doing this, but the question will always be asked if so. Imagine if Gerri Horner was in Susie's position for example? (I know, I'm sure even she wouldn't want to be involved in racing, but the whole girl power thing may interest her still).

Well yea absolutely not. Suzie Wolff hasn’t started a criminal case/criminal proceedings, she literally can’t!. Because she’s not law enforcement she’s not the police and she’s not the CPS or the French version of. So she can’t start a criminal case, if she thinks she can or is stating she has/can then that’s just a very wealthy person thinking they have power to do stuff they can’t!. She’s made an allegation to police which they can choose to pursue or choose to bin and ignore!.
Just like if you went to your local police and went oi I don’t like that bloke Jim John James the 54th said my videos are rubbish I want you to investigate him. My brother in law gives me multiple updates everyday about the situations in F1, a few weeks ago I said to him all this media hype don’t mean nothing. If anything it’s just giving fans false hope that they are trying to do the correct thing, when in reality nothing will happen, no one like sulayem is going to lose their jobs. Fair play to Susie though, but what case does she really have. We all love an underdog but even Toto hasn’t got the $ to defeat the FIA in court
Fraudulent behaviour can be a criminal matter.
Ideally any investigation would focus on how to make the sport more entertaining ON TRACK. We couldn’t be so lucky these days.
Transparency would be great. This transparency however is different to RB case as that was purely an internal matter within the RB brand. This howerver is the FIA and where there are multiple players and sports under the FIA umbrella and its only fair that all know the outcome and where these accusations are sourced from.

More F1 embarrassment. Its not a sport. It's more like an F1 Soap Opera. More drama off the track than on it. F1 has lost its Shine.

We all knew this was gonna happen, Not this, But the slow drift of F1 back to it's roots, My wife and daughter are 2 of the DTS brigade and both of them have not bothered to watch it this season, I only made it as far as episode 6, By the time we get to Miami Max will be 4 nil up and the Americans will be watching the bright colours (And it's not Color spell checker)of Nascar as opposed to the dull colours and dull racing of F1.
No A listers will bother with Miami and by the time we get to the USGP Max will have the title wrapped and no one is gonna pay good money to find out who the best loser is, Especially the Americans, Liberty will lose money on all the US GP's, Andretti will chuck the towel in as the market there aiming at has stopped watching and moved on to the next fad, All teams will right off 2024 and not bother with 2025 cos it's all change in 2026 so 2025 will be the same as 2024 just with even less people watching.
As quick as F1 popularity rose, It's gonna drop quicker, It's already started, And as much as this may all be a soap opera, It's better than whats on the racing track at the moment.
