  • Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan is characterized by its graceful and concise postures, smooth and gentle movements, light and steady balance, rigorous and flexible structure, and majestic and solemn demeanor.     The instructor of this course is Yang Jing, currently an associate professor at the School of Wushu and Performance of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, a national-level sportsman, a national-level wushu referee, a backbone teacher of middle and young age in Beijing, and a coach of the Tai Chi Association of the Central State Organs. She has won the Tai Chi Chuan championship at the 4th Asian Wushu Championships and several national wushu championships in Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Duilian, and group events, and has visited the United States, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau and other countries and regions for Tai Chi teaching and exchange activities. She has served as a referee for major wushu events at home and abroad and a teaching expert for the series of wushu frontier activities organized by the General Administration of Sport of China. In terms of scientific research achievements, she has mainly edited textbooks such as "Elective Course on Tai Chi Chuan and Tai Chi Sword for Ethnic Traditional Sports Majors", "Skillful Learning and Refining 42-Form Tai Chi Chuan", "Champion Teaches You Tai Chi", etc., and published more than ten academic papers in domestic professional journals.
