- Suzuki has launched the new Suzuki Alto in Pakistan. This video is our expert review of the car along with its specs, features and price in Pakistan.
Suzuki Alto comes equipped with a 660cc engine and with both auto and manual transmission. It has a length of 3,395 mm, 1,475 mm width, and 1,490 mm height. Moreover, it has a wheelbase of 2,460 mm.
Alto VX comes with Power Steering, Keyless Entry, Central Door Locking and without AC and Power Windows. Suzuki Alto VXR comes with 2 Air Bags, Power Steering, Keyless Entry and Central Door locking. Suzuki Alto VXL comes with ABS, Auto Gear Shift (AGS), 2 Airbags, Air Conditioner and many other prominent features.

Exterior
Suzuki Alto is a small and economical helps it manoeuvre through urban traffic. The rear lights are integrated into the bumper and the headlights and turn signals are integrated into one unit. The size of the front grille is small and it is the same on all three models. Coloured door mirrors and handles are only offered in the VXL variant. Moreover, retractable mirrors are also only available in the VXL variant.

Engine
The Alto comes with a new R06A engine which is more efficient and powerful. The new Alto has a 3-cylinder 660cc engine capable of producing up to 39 and 56 of torque. Moreover, Alto has a multipoint injection fuel distribution system. The engine is paired either a 5-speed manual transmission or AGS (Auto Gear Shift).

Mileage
Due to a smaller and more efficient engine, the Suzuki Alto is expected to return high mileage per . This is crucial as the Alto 660cc is being targeted a class of society that values economical cars. Estimated mileage stands between 24 to 26 Km per which is amazing.

ENGINE NOISE, GEAR SHIFT JERKS, BACK GEAR STALLING, NO PARKING GEAR, SLUGGISH HAND BREAK, NO EMERGENCY TIRE, NO RPM METER, BEING 39 HORSE POWER, CELL PHONE MIRRORING DOES NOT WORK WITH CURRENT VERSIONS OF MOBILE SOFTWARES, VIBRATION ON THE SPEED OF 110KM/H AND TRIPPING OF A.C WHILE ACCELERATION ARE ITS PROMINENT PROBLEMS. I HAVE DRIVEN IT 3500 KM.
IN SPITE OF ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS, I CONSIDERED IT THE BEST OPTION IN ITS CLASS FOR ITS ADVANCED FEATURES AND COMFORT COMPARATIVELY.
I HAVE NO CHOICE EXCEPT TO BE SATISFIED.

Japanese Mira 660cc is conventional automatic and fuel average is above 20km.
Alto 660cc is AGS automatic ( jis ka main purpose is fuel average control krna hai) still 15 se 17 km average, wtf is this.
Suzuki aakhir hm sb ko smjhta kya hai ye aakhir aaj mujhe koi bata de.

Suggestions, please try to standardize your future tests to have the same test conditions every time for every car, here is how:
- Try to do the tests on the same road, same time, same weather conditions so that different cars can be compared with one another
- Measure the noise (any phone app can do that) on the inside with windows rolled up, same road surface every time, AC turned off, at left ear height of the driver at idle and at 100 km/hr
- Show the braking test from the outside also as it will show how much pitch and yaw the car has during hard braking
- Do three braking tests, back to back, report the average stopping distance or time, so that we know how much prone to fade the brakes are
- Please reply to constructive comments so that we know that these are being read and we are not wasting our time writing here. Depending on your response, I may write more here.

2. Usage of term "optimal suspension" is vague and subjective... need specific feedback on this.
3. You should have included a ride to pir sohawa in this vdo and should have included your feedback on how it manages to climb hallmark monal steep inclines

@@suneelmunj yes a hilly area response of this car should be included in an upcoming video.. also it should be mentioned about its performance on hill tracks with AGS and how to drive this car with manual gears! (Some say after pushing the break paddle, its manual gear goes to first gear automatically. I would like to know if this is true)
Lastly i think the absence of a heat guage is very dangerous because Suzuki cars are notorious for getting overheated and i agree with mr sunil that a heat indicator can protect u by giving the information about a gradual rise in temperature, therefore providing u with the ability to intervene accordingly.

I just want to mention that the low level of indicators on rear end causes sufficient problem for following cars to note them and thus situation results in frequent misses while on busy road in rush hour. If that can be adjusted then its a great economical car. Thanks

Excellent review. Compared to the 30-year-old design and features of Mehran, this is a vast improvement. it will cannibalize the sales of wagon R and cultus. If you are considering a 660cc JDM, please consider this and buy Local!

There are many factors: comfort, average required, automatic? , long or short route with number of persons? . If u need long drive the more with more persons and comfort n trunk space then sedan .

Thanks for the review, please clarify 1 thing, is it 54 bhp or 39bhp. Because I can remember a comparison chart from Pakwheels, where they compared power of Alto, Bravo and Mehran. And Alto figure was 54 bhp! Kind regards

CIVIC SI 047 ...Actually the detail specs sheet given by suzuki at their own site states that it has 29KW of power which after conversion equals to 39HP...

MHDAR Reviews the new supra does 0-100 in 3.8-4.2 seconds stock fyi. It’s a sports car while nsx is a supercar. The performance is not that different tbh
