I sent the documents needed and they were not blurry. I followed your steps from making my application to Unisa, followed your Choosing your modules , also followed registration online. I didn’t even get a message with the documents missing I only found out when I was checking my status. I went to NYDA and they said NSFAS made an error with a lot of people. Hopefully they will sort it out or we get another chance to appeal

It is the system that is currently down because NSFAS drawing lists/reports of funded students. You can alternately check with your institutions on the funded lists.
A lot of people who did not submit any or all documents they are not rejected and most of those that did submit all supporting documents their statuses are unsuccessful due to missing documents ,not even notifying which ones are missing There must be some sort of a problem 2 of my friend did not submit any documents and they are on(financially eligibility) And mine who submitted is unsuccessful how come ?
On Wednesday when I checked my application status it was on Funding Eligiblity, yesterday day when I checked it said it was back on Filtering and it said unsuccessful, it says my parents earn more than R350k p.a which is not true I even calculated that. How do I get a hold of them to tell them that this is wrong? How do I fix this they don't even answer their phone calls, emails, messages on social media? I really need this funding.

Apply for appeals guys, they are open. Please note that they will always consider both parents if they are alive whether present or absent unless there is a supporting information for not using them.

The date will be announce to appeal. But keep it in mind that if your father is alive, they also considered him.

I applied for NSFAS but they only asked for my ID and affidavit. Then it was unsuccessful and the reason was because of missing supporting documents.

Check which reasons could be related to you and then during appeals (the date will be announced), fix them.
What do NSFAS mean when they say your house hold income is above R350 000 yet I provide both parents proof of income which is R231000 combined?
Maybe they checked the Gross income instead of the Net Salary.

You should continue using your mother. Do not change her that is why they need a document why you are changing parents.

What if in the application they only asked only for your I.D Are you still in the clear regarding the consideration of your application?
If you provided true and accurate information and they asked for the ID copy only, there is a chance to be funded.
