Great coincidence to both be in the final of a tournament, Alex did well to do everything he could to be there for a special occasion for Katie. The most important thing is that they love each other, love is worth more than even winning a tournament.

Very cool, that they both won a big title at the same time. Especially for Katie it must be super special, Alex was my favorite for his tournament actually. He thrives in these conditions and on top of that he improved his game a ton since last year where he won almost on fitness alone when everybody else cramped 😅 How can you not watch your girlfriend play though, at slams for example? Good luck to both of them 😊
I feel like he meant it was the first time he'd watched her live ~that week~ because he was definitely at one of her matches at Surbiton last year, at the W100 in Shrewsbury in 2022, Eastbourne in 2022... like it very much wasn't the first time he'd ever watched her!

this is why as an aussie, Ive always and will always be on team De Minaur...yeh, i know i should be a Nick Kygrios fan or Thanassi fan, because I too, am of Greek background. But f*** noooo. The fact that Alex is a decent dude, with an equally decent partner makes me love him even more. Whereas Nick and his malakismeni antics, and his girlfriend?? Her deplorable attempt to be an 'influencer'?? This Alex dude and his 'successfully, talented' girlfriend will always be my fave aussie player to cheer for

An "in and out" ending is a great reward for making their first 500 titles in the same week. They are my two favorite love team in the tennis world. Well spoken, good looking and great all-around players.

Compare this to the video that made its rounds yesterday - an oncourt, post match interview with Badosa and Tsitsipas after their win over Zheng and Tiafoe at the "Tie Break Tens".
He is embarrassed and uncomfortable - she taking the microphone out of his hand and telling the world that he might have to sleep on the couch and old Scruff just doesn't know what to say because she's obviously wearing the pants.
Again we're coming back to "A happy wife - a happy life!". Now which of these two couples is going to have the brighter future?
