Don't know about you guys, but I see a lot of Tony Soprano in the Penguin-Oz character, and one of Penguin's henchmen reminds me so much of Silvio Dante. It feels like The Sopranos had a big influence on The Penguin!

I absolutely agree about The Penguin. There's also a lot of Godfather influence.
