Thank you for sharing, these are beautiful and so well done. I’m making a galaxy white chocolate icing cake for my son birthday next week end. I have been looking for a recipe to make the planets for so long and just found it! I am using marzipan that I will colour with and get colouring instead. I will keep your proportions
That's amazing! I want to do something similar, but I wasn't sure about the size of the planets. Thank you very much for writing the weight of each color in the video, it helped me a lot. Beautiful video, beautiful planets! Thanks!
Thank you for including the quantities of each color required, it makes things so much easier. It would be nice if they stayed on the screen for a little longer, or included them in the description. I was struggling a little to keep up.
I want to thank you for making this video. I managed to make this for my grandson’s birthday. He easily named all the planters, and immediately tilted the Uranus almost vertically, which I placed it horizontally 😅😅
Thank you for sharing the video. I will try to make this for my grandson’s birthday. May I ask what is the color ratio for the disks? Are they black and dark blue color?
You are welcome! The amount is usually 250 g of sugar paste and 1 teaspoon of cmc/tylose or gum tragacanth. You'd need to experiment around that amount until you reach a happy medium for your climatic conditions. Sometimes if you are in a quick drying area you will need to slightly decrease the amount of powder, if you experience a lot of humidity the powder may need to be increased slightly. Yes!!! 200% edible, but hard 😉
Wowwww😍🙏🏼mil Gracias
I love that you show the sizes of your creations by weight. It takes the guessing out of how much fondant to color for each piece.
