An additional bonus to these very affordably priced properties are the cooler temperatures; you get to experience four seasons. I never considered Lake Como as a retirement destination because of the perceived costs of purchasing property. This video, and your previous video on Lake Como, have made me see that there are affordable areas worthy of exploration. Please continue to publish more videos like these, Giorgio.
I appreciate that you continue to mention population and access to public transportation. Most viewers will never visit Italy and never mention moving there, but for those of us considering it, it's very useful information.
Giorgio, I like them all. But the 2nd was my fav. I can see renovating it and then also taking that very large room and turning it into a studio apartment for guests.

I liked #3 and #4 bonus points for extra outdoor green 💚 spaces 👍👍 and parking ++ 😊
Kim me too. I think 1 was unbeatable for location.
@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 Next, can we have a video on affordable places in Italian Alps /South Tyrol 🙏🫶♥️
Yes definitely will do this in the future.
I have a soft spot for properties with gardens. 🥰Thank you
My pleasure Maria.

Yes Eric the second had a lot of potential. I liked the first one as it was so close to all the facilities and the rail station.
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 The 1st would have been my favorite but I don't know what I would do with the store front.
@@EricOnTH-cam Open a shop maybe.
Can you talk about cheap farmland/woodland in the EU? Thx:-)
