I would run at least one canceling cologne. I do in a deck similar to this and it has helped quite a bit. I have found times I wish I had two of them. But I’m not sure what the sacrifice to add a second.
There are better shinx in the game. There's one with 70hp that doesn't instantly die to dragapult's bench snipe and there's one with 40hp and a decent ability. I would consider switching the shinx in the deck to one of those.

I think I need your help because I am too dumb… I see a really cool synergy with seadraking ex and golduck (asr 29) maybe also seismitoad (obf 52) Aim of this deck is taking out every active Pokémon of the opponent by looping with seadraking and golduck… anyways I can’t get this thing running, maybe you could take a look for this and take credit for being the first one who tested this successfully!
In the second match, vs Toedscruel you should have used devo to kill Pidgeot and Toedscruel both.. instead of using alakazam to only kill one pidgeot. Anyways very nice games 🔥🔥 Love luxray ⚡️⚡️
This one is used Just for trapping your opponent's active pokemon and they cannot retreat, preferably one that cannot attack you. Use this to stall out your opponent if you still need time to set up. Or late game, if they have no more switch, you may be able to trap them, and just wait until they deck out.

I've played it back and forth with Hand Trimmer. But I think Canceling Cologne is a much better tech to include.

Cyllene is a good option for recovering the ace spec, but only if you get a successful coinflip. I don't know what to swap in my list for it though.
Would devo have been a good move at 30:52 to get a KO? Instead of gusting up Pidgeot?

Wouldn't it have been blocked by the ability of Toedscruel ex? They both had energy attached.
The ability of Toedscruel ex prevents me from devolving their pokemon with energy.

You can add another single-prize attecker maybe? But I think Canceling Cologne to turn off it's ability is the best option.
