De acuerdo, gracias por una entrevista muy interesante. Me gustaría mencionarte un par de recursos que he descubierto como estudiante de este idioma, y como nuevo aficiando al castellano. (Yo también viajaré a España -- ¡que nos vaya muy bien allí!) El mejor podcast que concozco para los estudiantes intermedios es "Unlimited Spanish." El presentador ofrece comentarios informativos de cultura española y sobre el idioma. Y si te interesa una serie de japón muy agradable y con un vocabulario hecho de frases de la vida diaria, me atrevo de recomendarte "Frieren," que tiene un doblaje brillante en castellano. Realmente el elenco tienen voces hermosos y han hecho buenísimo en la actuación. Está disponible por Crunchyroll, y creo que verías bastante bien cómo se destaca esta serie popular tras sólo un episodio.

I should mention that getting subtitles on Crunchyroll is a bit tricky. What I do is put on the Spanish audio using my phone, and the muted video on the TV (Roku carries Crunchyroll for instance).
Post-script: Someone has built an extension for Chrome and Firefox, which allows you to play subs from any language (that exist in Crunchyroll ofc) for any audio language! And it works.
