  • I walked in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, to discover some of the best tastes of the Nepali food culture. I started with the famous Dhal Bhat that everyone loves in Nepal and considers as a national dish.
Then I started a journey in different places of the city, trying to show the diversity of food, according to the fact that number of different ethnies are present in Nepal.
That creates a variety of food, way to cook, different approach.
Of course I know it’s difficult to show all the different foods.
Please feel free to comment, suggest, and probably I will do a part 2 to complete the panel of Nepali Food !
This video is also an occasion to discover many famous holy places of Kathmandu, some must have seen locations when you visit Kathmandu !

The time, dedication you've put into this content is admirable. Off course Newari food is delicious but foods from other communities are rarely covered. Thanks for covering Kirant and Sherpa's cuisine. Subscribed in a hope to see more from Thakali, Tharu, magar and other communities. Please visit southern part of Nepal.

Prepping for my trip to Nepal this year and this has been by far the most enjoyable content I've come across so far on the food! The quality shots + editing, history lessons and interactions with the locals is proper. Now I'm even more inspired to really learn more about my Mothers culture. Much love from a half Nepali guy in NZ 🇳🇵🇳🇿

This is an amazing job. As a American Nepalese that frequents Nepali vlogs, I have neverarely seen a more deliberate, careful curation of Nepalese cuisine online than this one. Keep going brother.
