@Warren552011 yep, Harve & Mark played in that band as well as my mate on bass. Next step was the Divinyls. Not sure what is up on TH-cam but there us a vinyl LP called Victim In Paradise. Released 1980
I agree with you. I am old enough to remember when "Boys In Town" was a big video hit and of course "I Touch Myself". We need to get this song over to this side of the pond. I can't download it from anywhere that isn't Australian. I really like this song. Hopefully we'll hear tehm on USA radio stations.
I know chrissy was / is a legend an icon to the aussie world..wild, beautiful, sexy in her signature dress..awesome rock voice but just like all the greats they get older and the voice changes..it's to be expected ...as long as they keep selling and people seeing them they gonna do it till whenever..but in this performance yea she looks good but the voice gets to me ..it's deeper and can't hit those notes anymore sounds mono tone and flat..plus she sounds older then what she is...old woman's voice and she's 50 here...just not feeling it ..same happened with Stevie Nicks they both had that raspy voice. bless her heart she wasn't well hadn't been in a long time..dealt a real shitty card..having m.s then the cancer blow unable to do cancer treatments because of her m.s so she was strong as she always been..and the Lord took her peacefully thank god she suffered enough..can't imagine what was going thru her mind just knowing her m.s was keeping her from cancer treatments had to be tough on her just knowing she was going to die and cancer was going to do it..every moment from then on chrissy I'm sure tried to live her life to the fullest..just very sad..
