Hi Jim! I’m watching the replay. When you said you were feeling silly today I had to agree that I had already noticed! Thanks for all your advice and sense of humor when possible during these difficult times.

Hey Jim, can you please walk us through some complicated or challenging cases you had encountered in your wonderful immigration career. And maybe some cases probably in which your clients didn’t get the immigration results the hired you for. THANK YOU 🙏
I think it would be a good topic 😊maybe I could be wrong just a thought I felt like sharing with you.

Jim, on the next show, can you please talk about the Laken Riley Act senate amendments and the proposed permanent/conditional fix for those under DACA within those amendments?

Thanks for your videos, lawyer Hacking. Your videos helped me when I was petitioning my wife and stepdaughter. Now fast forward to 6 years later, my wife and stepdaughter have since both become US citizens. Their cases went through consular processing I did the N400 for my wife and a N600 for my daughter.

About the Canadian lady who called early on the show, as far as I know you don’t have to pay taxes to the US if you live overseas as long as your foreign income is less than 120k and there is a tax treaty between the US and the country you’re residing in. You have to file though, which is annoying , but other than that you are fine. I don’t think it was necessary to return than green card.

The strange Lory called again. I was wondering if what he need is a shrink and not a lawyer ? He kept calling and ask the same questions over and over again and acted like he never called before
