Even with the spacer/ washer it won't work the shock cylinder is sticking out further than the bracket that holds the wheel making contact with the wheel hub. I believe this one is made for m365 model since the tires on that scooter are slightly thinner.

Just fitted the non branded version to my G30 Max (v2 - with the new motor ) .It fits extremely well ,it's perfect . Be aware of ,that there is a thick washer on the wheels axle on the non brake side ,original . I have mounted the non branded version with this washer and though it was a bit tricky to press the wheel down into the guide slots and at the same time align this washer, it seems that the wheel is perfect in center and there is no bending of the fork when mounting it .

Maybe they are just sending a suspension that was designed for a similar model of scooter? All those issues just seem like too much to overlook in the design process
What about Segway? They taking forever dor a repair too, and I’m so afraid that I just sent my my ninebot last week and tracking shows no movements from my end. I got the same problem with my front wheel fork being unsecured properly.
I understand that this wouldn’t do much whilst out there. However, it’s another point of safety that is built in. Especially if you are picking up the scooter. Wouldn’t want it falling out. And how is it possible they got something like this wrong. They put the hole on the wrong side.

I looked at monorim for front and back suspension but far to expensive. I only paid 100 quid for iezway xiomi copy second hand but was to harsh when riding so ended up with front and back for 98 quid did the job fine and for that money I couldn't evan get front or back at monorim prices. Both were easy to fit. I just need proper tyres on it now but will dual motoring it soon. Either another stock 350w or two 500w of a m4 pro maybe. I dont ride it as often as I should as now on a m4 pro which I have already jacked up back suspension with shocks of a emamba which had longer shocks so now mud guard lower than the seat post bracket 😂 working on jacking front up next then power👍✌☝️❤👊
Yeah I am very happy with the no. Branded that I bought. My only gripe would be the little rusting on there. However you can treat this before installing. I especially bought the good one you mentioned but the sent me the bad one, I gave it a try, seems like they’ve fix the problems. There are two pining key hole on each side. the bolt part still short a bit, but there is no angle when all fastened Seems fine now I guess

There's nothing wrong with it because looks like you never put oil into suspension to make it more smoother to ride and can't complain about it as no matter what scooters looks like as long they happy the way they like turning out better Ride without any issues
@@ScootLetsGo How about to spray some aerosols grease there before installation, then cover all halls with black tape around (black tape because fork is black color) to insure that water, steam, dirt etc. does not go inside the fork.
Here is just a request to the manufacturer for the suspension that it would be nice if the final design would match the scooter like adding some how the orange reflects and changing the silver color to more stealth color (mat black or gray) :)
You can buy the stickers no problem. However the silver parts making them black would be a little difficult as they are usually anodising the surface and that wouldn’t create a smooth surface for the motion
Monorim your paying for packaging and customer service, I only use knockoff aka the original design. Because monorim doesnt create these designs they just modify no name stuff and throw their decals on them. I remember when they first started they would put out fake videos about the no name stuff falling apart and breaking stems.
problem is that all of these forks , frames and scooters overall are made in china. Its all just shit quality and no good alternatives if you want to change your suspension and what not. One thing if its just some small ninebot scooter, the other thing is when you get yourself 3k+ dollar performance scooter and you get same cheap shit quality suspension that you cant even swap for any adjustable one , like downhill bikes have.
Don't blame manufactures for non included spacers or parts. You paid nothing (40$ is nothing) and you asking for the quality. If you see the issue so fix that and move one instead of crying.

@@ScootLetsGo no, i had issues with disassembling the fork, but i ordered better tools like the torque wrench to see if it helps. but this is exactly the same concave fork suspension i ordered from aliexpress; when i received it my first impression was that it looked totally cheap, and i had a feeling that there would be issues mounting the fork into the wheel shaft; and you clearly mentioned that in the video.. oof what a waste of 60+ dollars
I bought 5 :(. I was gonna keep one and sell the other 4. I can’t do that now. So maybe a giveaway. The suspension I put on like 2 months ago is still strong. And much better than the brand for my weight.

Here in the UK we can go through the shop we bought it to claim warranty and repairs. However it’s just quicker to do them on my own
the tiny srew is only to stop it from falling though while assembly or disassembly, after that the screw does nothing.

Yes I thought I lost 1 too when I first took the wheel off.
The suspension with the arch in it is just annoying to put on.
The Monorim mxy-0 model (gold) bought a few weeks ago does NOT have the screw hole in the upper part!!!!

Had my fair share with Monorim and their so call technical teams. Not helpful and asking me to modify it slightly on my own. Way to go Monorim
It should work right out of the box with the amount they want. And if modifications are needed they should express that before someone buys.

These are not oil filled. If you put oil in, then it will all just leak out. There is some grease in there but just to keep metal off metal.
