Excellent FM guitar. Very thrash metal. It's impressive that an FM guitar can sound better than some real guitars. Of course there are limitations of what techniques can be emulated with FM guitar. Palm muting and power chords are easy enough to replicate, but things start to get tricky with bends, pinch harmonics, finger tapping, etc.
I have enjoyed hearing this iteration of this song at least once a week for more than 3 years now. The building energy of it is incredible. May I have permission to use this as part of a video?
*DESTROY THEM ALL!* This song's Konami arcade influence really does show, and for me at least, it sounds like you could stick it into Gradius II and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
I feel like if Guilty Gear was released on Genesis, Daisuke wouldn't be the composer but Yuzo. May God prevent me to even imagine both composing on the same game. This tracks screams hard rock as (heaven or) hell !
