    Shri Gouranga Das is a spiritual leader and environmentalist known for transforming Govardhan Ecovillage in Maharashtra into a global model of sustainability. Under his leadership, it has garnered awards like the UNWTO for sustainable tourism. A prominent figure in ISKCON, he advocates holistic living and rural empowerment, providing education and healthcare to marginalized communities. His teachings integrate ancient wisdom with modern practices, inspiring many to lead spiritually and socially responsible lives.
    Shri Gauranga Das discusses the essential qualities of leadership, exemplified by figures from Hindu mythology like Lord Ram and Lakshman, who embody integrity and service. He delineates six types of ineffective employees and promotes the ideal of being selfless and competent leaders. Drawing from the Harvard Study of Adult Development, he emphasizes the importance of strong relationships for well-being.
