Excellent piloting skills my friend!!!! Very nicely done!!!! Sometimes I think if air/wind is pushing on the prop the right way the motor won't have enough emfph to get started spinning...maybe? Nice landing tho!!!! Whats the advantage of having the middle elevator?
sr71afan thanks for your reply. I have the guts from an XK A600 that I'm am trying to find a new home for but it doesn't have mixing so I need a plane that doesn't require it. Thanks again.
+zerocool60544 No plans, but some photos of a larger version without the center elevator here (at the end of the video). th-cam.com/video/2sY8xjIjq3I/w-d-xo.html The modified one spans 30 inches and uses a park 300 size brushless.
Really like the slow fly Delta. This is too cool. Digging the feet / landing gear? of the plane. Very creative and unique. Where is the center of gravity on this type of plane? Thanks
Do you have any down or up angle on your motor? Tried to build a copy (30"WSx24"), COG at 11.5" back from the nose, doesn't fly so well. Copied your first delta last year and that one flies great. Any ideas?
I used to think, "Gee, if I build a plane like that, I'll be able to fly like that! The only reason I can't fly well is because my airplanes are crap!" Funny thing is, EVERY PLANE I build flies like crap. Took a long time to realize it's 95% pilot, 5% airplane. I would crash your plane in three seconds.
WOW Gary!
AWESOME FLYING!!
That full width elevator really adds a cool feature to the performance of this Slow Delta! It's really not slow any more!
I'll use a 2S indoors to tame it down. It'll hover on 2S, but outdoors I like more POWER! LOL

More elevator authority with the elevator in the prop blast.
Show !!!!!!!!!!
Are you using a rudder and could this be made without the elevons?
I'm using rudder and elevons. The elevons control both pitch and roll, without which the model would not be much fun.

Man that's too much fun for an airframe costing about $2. It's lucky you don't live in New Zealand, they have serious fun police there. Ask Xjet. ;¬)
Aviation standards: You can have either, elevator or elevons.
That guy: I can have both.
Found out a short time ago, that the foamy stuff is addictive
+Greg Inman I have built 5 flyers in 2 months... Very cheap for the material and gear, plus they are a blast to fly
Where can I buy this funny plane? 🥰
One of a kind; not available.
Damned impressive ! The plane and the flying. ..😎
Thanks Brian.
I got to make this this summer. Do u have plans?

Great design, I like the extra elevator!
please send me plans/photos/measurements. How do I get you my email without posting to the whole
+sr71afan Or, go here... th-cam.com/video/2sY8xjIjq3I/w-d-xo.html The modified one spans 30 inches and uses a park 300 size brushless.
I am loving your acro delta wing man! did you share the build details and plans somewhere?
thanks, with specs please, did you make an upgrade version after?
+Multirotor Go This is the upgrade. What's your first name?
sr71afan
+Multirotor Go I was looking for Mike, Sam, Gary, Joe, etc, but never mind.
ok. thanks
How to make this plane please make a tutorial video

Thanks; glad you like it. CG is at the propeller.
sr71afan any plans?
Thanks
SnapPunch Robert
No; sorry.
sr71afan Had to ask. Peace man, Keep on flying.
You have almost perfected the Tail Sitter !

helidork No up or down thrust. Try moving your battery (thus CG) forward. See if that helps.
Incredible design.
This time I watched the whole video, Wau!

Keep in mind that I fly almost daily and have been for over 40 years. Don't be so hard on yourself!
excelente saludos desde Cordoba Argentina
Skills= check
3D delta wing
hi ok
LOL Cool!!!
Amazing! Are you able to do the same with a ducted fan?
A ducted fan would not be as efficient so I would not want to try it.
Moved the CG forward, problem solved
helidork That's GREAT! Thanks for the feedback!
...... Молодчина !
Спасибо!
