Casting Isla Gie

In the countryside of Iron Age Britain, teenage Georgia makes the unwise decision to seek revenge on the dragon that torched her home and killed her mother; however, her mission is upended when she unexpectedly discovers a scaly child, Sabra, in the unfazed beast’s lair.
Georgia’s attempts to rescue the infant only frustrate the dragon, which in turn sparks her own fury and results in her slaying the monster. As she emerges from the fiery battleground, her own skin is revealed to be covered in scales. Sabra, crying and screaming in fear, refuses rescue and forces Georgia to leave the cave and return, alone and broken, to the ashes of her home.
