My question is opposite of this, How yo verify the capacity of a given machine, suppose a machine is 30 tonne, but written as 70 tonne, then how to check if the machine is 30 tonne, or 60 tonne etc

You can check it with the bore size of the hydraulic cylinder or contact machine manufacturer....

Aapke formula ke hisaab se..
29×3.14= 91.06
91.06×3 mm= 273.18
273.18 × . 500 =136.59
136.59 \ 9.81 =
Iska force calculation 13 ton
Ke aas pass aata hai..
Lakin ye hum 5 ton kisi press par cut kar dete hai..

One kg force is equal to 9.81 newton. So in order to convert newton in to kgf divide by 9.81.
It comes in Newton...to convert it to kg we have to
Stripping force in the cutting force ?
For stripping force add 20 - 30 % to cutting force
Y added stripping force during cutting?
As after cutting, stripping come into play

Tonnage.
Tonnage = Cutting force + stripping force (Ejection force).

the purpose of doing this calculation is for selection of Press where you do not want so much accuracy. All you to do is select press higher than this.
