Sigung Yee produces great martial artists! Hard training for a hard Kung Fu body and mind... I train under Sifu Saleem, one of Master Yee's students and it is the hardest thing physically and mentally I've ever done in my 31 years! Awesome conditioning!! Thank you brother!

@SOVWD-The stone locks come from Atomic Athletic. The pole used in the drill is a regular heavy pole...nothiing special about it. The red tape on it is actually to contain the fraying from repeated sparring/training contact.

@supyeekiusau Yeah that's basically the only place I've ever seen stone locks for sale. Regarding the heavy pole training, I use a PVC pipe that's filled and capped off. Maybe you could do that as well to prevent further wear and tear on the staves.

I was watching another Hung Ga Kung Fu video, and I honestly don't know if it was the same instructor/sifu from this video or not. Anyway, the Kung Fu guy was teaching in a park and he had a student (I'm assuming) who was a part of his demo. I just get a kick out of watching these Kung Fu guys beat up their cooperative students. I am literally just waiting until they start hitting their students a little bit, and then maybe say "sorry", or maybe not. It's just very amusing. Keep posting these videos, they are very entertaining.

    Two questions:
    1) Where did you find yourself the stone locks? Those things are quite pricey
    2) The staff used for the stance and forearm drill, is that simply the regular staff used for martial practice or is that something special (other than the red colour on the front half)?

There should be some evidence of muscle. What isn't as evident is the effects on the connective tissues where the muscles go into the joints. The work with the pole as was demonstrated addresses that. Most human bodies out of the box are wired to carry the current from a 9-Volt battery. Foundation training in a nutshell is rewiring the house for 220 AC and then connecting up to it. Good work.
