Yes inner lining all stretch fabrics if you want them to act like a woven is a must. But you still made it look great. and Kudos to hubby for not only wearing a costume, but a wig too! Hopefully all other hurricanes will detour around your area in the future. Oh BTW, I have two hand crank mini (child's) sewing machines that I take when i camp (Ren Faire or SCA) so I can continue to sew or repair on the spot with no electricity. they are only 2lbs and would fit in a shoebox. If you need help shopping for one of them let me know. I have my sources!
