What a fantastic interview! "Rosewood" is such an underrated--and underappreciated--masterpiece! Despite receiving widespread critical acclaim, it's unfortunate that "Rosewood" wasn't embraced by moviegoers at the time of its original theatrical release, particularly by African-Americans. Along with the immortal "Boyz N The Hood," "Rosewood" is one of my favorite John Singleton films!
