Not only was he able to establish order and do what the government failed to do, but Batman basically humiliated the bloated bureaucrats. Although Superman didn't want to hurt his friend, he had no choice as he became the government's errand boy.

The Batman vs Superman video is a reference to the Injustice timeline in DC. If you haven't seen the movie adaptation I highly recommend it. Basically joker drives Superman insane enough to become a dictator that makes the Red Hoods bloodlust look like a child throwing a tantrum on the playground
The reason why DevilArtemis did Spider-Rex video is because, Marvel published new comicbook in Spider-verse, that introduces a new character, "Spider-Rex". And in full fairness, that's not the weirdes thing Marvel made. Actually the only weird thing about it is, "Why took them this long".

(The Batman vs superman fight in The Dark Knkght Rises Part 2 is SO much better than the batman vs superman film. Worth watching.)
