21 Lincoln Corsair Cabin Air Filter Location And Replacement

Tools Needed: 1/4 or 3/8 ratchet , Torx 25 (T25),
Philips Screw Driver, And Small Interior Panel Remover
Open Glove Box Door
Remove Dampener On Passenger Side
Push Tabs In On Both Sides Of Glove Box
Pull Glove Box Door Off Hinges
Use Small Interior Tool To Remove Side Panels On Right Side Of Glove Box (Can Be A Little Difficult)
Use T25 To Remove All Bolts Surrounding Glove Box
Pull Glove Box Out (Be Careful Of Glove Box Light Remove From Connector) Will Be A Little Hard To Remove
Remove Two Philip Head Screws From Both Sides Of Cabin Filter Door
Push Tabs Out Slightly To Unlock Door
Remove Filter And Clean Any Debris Inside Blower Motor If Any
Install New Filter And Repeat Process To Reinstall

I bought one of these cars for my wife. Her previous car was a ‘13 Escape. Changing this filter in both of these cars is such a pain compared to my Silverado. I won’t be buying another Ford product for a good while. Makes me wonder what the designers were thinking.
