I think Jennie chose the worst project for her acting debut.There's nothing wrong with steamy scenes but not everything have to be overly sexual in order to execute their vision. I'd tend to disagree with the acting part. Locals who didn't know of Jennie expressed they thought of her as just an actress, which means she did a good job. I don't see how her delivery was awkward at all, it seemed as she was just her normal self. I think she had one of the highlight scenes though when they were both in the sauna.

I think Jennie chose the project, she knew how sexual it was and that is that. And no this is not a "she is a grown up she can do what she wants" and yes she is but there are also consecuences and she doesn't seem to want to decide between being a kpop idols and having a clean image or being a full time party girl.
